Last July 28, 2026, Green Eco Residences at New Sankanan marked a meaningful milestone—beginning with a Holy Mass, reflecting the belief of Ms. Janice Janioso (Project Developer) that Green Eco Residences is not owned by man but a blessing from God. The celebration was graced by Fr. Pepe Namocot and Fr. Victor Birador, setting a sacred foundation for the community we are building.

The ceremony continued with the ribbon-cutting led by Engr. Ronald Ramos, President and CEO of Prime Developers and Builders, together with representatives from PAG-IBIG Fund and National Homes.

A symbolic signing and laying of the project capsule followed, witnessed by sixteen realty partners from Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon, represented by dedicated agents and brokers.

We were also honored by the presence of Vice Mayor Reynaldo Bagayas Jr., Former Congressman Neric O Acosta along with guests from various financial institutions and professions.

Nestled near Mt. Kitanglad, the project offers cool weather and is just minutes away from Dahilayan Adventure Park, Del Monte Golf Course, Cawayannon Church, and key schools.

Funded through the PAG-IBIG Fund, the project also has its own water supply system.
