P235-Million CDO International Convention Center as of December 2019

Here’s the latest progress update of the Cagayan de Oro International Convention Center’s main building set to be finished this month, December 2019.

The project was conceptualized in 1998 and built in 2003. The main building is 94% complete as of December 2019. An additional P333 million is needed for amenities and support facilities.

It has a seating capacity of 7,700. The main building amenities include a multi-purpose hall with concession spaces, club rooms, rehearsal rooms, lobbies and comfort rooms as well as outdoor parking, guardhouse, powerhouse, and landscaping.

The 10,500-square meter main arena can host a various event such as concerts, competitions, seminars, and conventions while the function rooms can hold up to 700 guests.

Other facilities include a multi-level park building, a VIP lounge, helipad, restaurant, and a viewing deck with photoshoot area.

The main building is set to be finished in December 2019.

Cagayan de Oro International Convention Center is located in Taguanao, Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.
