A modern multi-level parking building with car elevators — the first in Northern Mindanao— offering 100+ parking slots for SUVs, cars, motorcycles & ground floor parking for Vans. It is available for both hotel guests and paying customers.

As of this writing, it is on soft opening, and fees are waived.

2. Who can use the facility?

In-house hotel guests of Newdawn Hotel plus and Newdawn Pensionne House, Event attendees at nearby hotels, and walk-in customers.

3. How does the car elevator work?

At Drop off Zone, Register → Enter car elevator → Tap card → Select designated floor → Park.

4. Is the parking safe?

Yes — it is equipped with an elevator, an auto rescue device, a generator backup, fire sprinklers, CCTV, and trained personnel.

5. What makes this system unique?

The Car elevators can carry SUVs up to 2500 kg up to 7 floors, no longer requiring ramps
