Despite the challenges in 2020, the team behind the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) marked many breakthroughs in the construction of the biggest infrastructure project in the region.

The P30-billion CCLEX project will have two lanes in each direction that will provide safe, quick, and scenic passage to an estimated 50,000 vehicles daily, easing the traffic in the existing Marcelo Fernan Bridge and the Mandaue-Mactan Bridge.

The Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) is an 8.5KM toll bridge expressway connecting Cebu City and Cordova set to open in 2021.
