NOVELEX Manila-Cavite Bypass Road as of July 2021
Have you seen the Manila-Cavite Bypass Road Noveleta Exit (NOVELEX) lately? It is expected to shorten travel time from Cavite to Manila to 10 minutes. Here’s the progress update as of July 2021.
The bypass road connects Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) to Sangley Airport and once built, travel time from Noveleta-Cavite City boundary going to Metro Manila via Parañaque City will only take 10 to 15 minutes.
