MV Palawan Pearl Half-Submerged in Manila Bay; Oil Sheen Seen

Here’s an aerial footage of MV Palawan Pearl which had 3,000 liters of diesel in its oil storage tank, half-submerged, after colliding with the Cyprus-flagged vessel BKM 104 at around 2 AM today, July 8, 2021.

A cargo vessel collided with a foreign utility boat at the Manila South Harbor early Thursday, leaving it resting half-submerged in the area, the Philippine Coast Guard said.
