Metro Cebu Expressway Project Update as of November 2019
Here’s the latest update of the 73.7 KM Metro Cebu Expressway from Naga City to Danao City as of November 2019.
The Naga City to Minglanilla segment is already funded and now under construction (Segment 3). Segment 1 and 2, from Talisay-Minglanilla Boundary all the way to Danao City will be funded by a foreign loan or through the PPP program.
The project is identified as a priority project of Duterte’s Build, Build, Build program.
