From General Luna, take the Siargao Circumferential Road all the way to Barangay Del Carmen which is a 40-KM ride. Ride a pump boat in Port of Del Carmen / Del Carmen Tourism Center to Kawhagan Island.

Kawhagan Island is located in San Benito, Siargao Island near Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
