How do I get files from an old project?
Send a request with the project or event name, an approximate date and the venue. We’ll find it in our archive and send you a new download link. We’ve kept every project since 2016.
My download link expired. What now?
No problem. Send a request with the project name and we’ll send a fresh link.
Can I get the raw photos or footage?
Ask us. Tell us which project and what you need it for, and we’ll let you know what’s available.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, until you approve. For the quickest turnaround, send all your notes in one list, with timestamps for video and file names for photos.
Can I get a vertical version for Reels or TikTok?
Yes. Tell us the platform and we’ll prepare a version in the right size and aspect ratio.
Do you issue official receipts?
Yes, for every project. We’re registered with BIR and DTI, and PhilGEPS-registered for government work. We can also resend a copy of a past receipt.
Can I use my video for ads, TV or print?
It depends on your project agreement. Music in our productions is licensed for commercial use. If you plan to use the work somewhere new, check with us first. See Licensing.
Can I get the full recording of our live stream?
Yes. Request the recording and tell us the event name and date, and we’ll send you the file.
Can you update our 360° virtual tour?
Yes. Whether it’s new photos after a renovation, updated hotspots or help embedding the tour on your website, send us a request with the details.
There’s a mistake in a caption, tag or name on your page.
Send us the link to the post and the correct details. We’ll review it and fix it as soon as we can.
Can we book the same crew again?
Of course. Start a project and mention your previous shoot, and we’ll do our best to bring back the same team.
