How Project LUPAD collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Effective October 19, 2026

Project LUPAD Photo and Video Services (“Project LUPAD,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit projectlupad.com, contact us, or work with us on a project. We process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiries and project requests. When you use our Start a Project, Contact or quote forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the project details you share.
  • Licensing requests. When you request a license for our photos or videos, we collect your contact details and how you plan to use the material.
  • Client projects. When you hire us, we keep the information needed to deliver the work, such as contact persons, schedules, billing details for official receipts, and the files we produce for you.
  • Messages. When you email, call or message us on social media, we keep a record of that conversation.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location.
  • Cookies. Our website and the services it uses set cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then work differently.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and schedule your project.
  • To produce, deliver and revise your photos, videos, live streams, virtual tours and promotions.
  • To issue official receipts and keep business and tax records required by law.
  • To process licensing requests for our content.
  • To keep our website secure and improve it.
  • To send you project updates or information you asked for.

We use your information only for these purposes, or for others we tell you about and that you agree to. We do not sell your personal information.

People in our photos and videos

We cover events, places and projects, and people may appear in the photos and videos we publish. If you appear in our content and would like it reviewed, blurred or removed, email [email protected] with the link and a short description, and we will review your request promptly.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only when needed to run our business or when the law requires it, for example with:

  • Service providers that host our website, deliver our email, run our forms and measure traffic, such as Cloudflare and Google.
  • Crew members and partners working on your project, limited to what they need to do the job.
  • Government agencies, when required by law, regulation or a lawful order.

For white-label projects, we keep the client relationship confidential and use project details only as agreed with the client.

Third-party content

Our pages include embedded content and links from services such as YouTube and Facebook. These services may collect data about you under their own privacy policies when you view or interact with their content.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client project records and receipts are kept for as long as required by tax and business laws. Project files are backed up so clients can request copies of their work; clients may ask us to delete their files at any time, subject to legal record-keeping duties.

How we protect information

We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure backups, to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
