PHOTOS: Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary at the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate in Bukidnon

Discover the eight-foot Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary at the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

The Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary is surrounded by mountains which make it isolated and perfect for search-in, recollection, and station of the cross. Originally built to be a hermitage for contemplative friars, the house throughout the years became a house of formation especially for the novices. At the present, it houses junior professed friars who are engaged in various apostolates and activities as catechesis in school, the formation of youth, an organization of Catholic families as well as the Franciscan Tertiaries and Youth Franciscans of the Immaculate.

Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate is a religious congregation of brothers and priests consecrated to Mary Immaculate in the footsteps of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Maximilian Kolbe. They are missionaries who go to different parts of the world to bring the Gospel to all the nations and wherever there is a need for souls. Being faithful to the Holy Father and the magisterium of the Church, they live an authentic religious life of detachment and burning witness for the world prone to materialism, hedonism, and worldliness. Their life, vocation, and mission bespeak of the primacy of God in whom man’s restless heart will find ultimate joy.

Shrine of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary at the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate is located in Sitio Gabok, Lingin-on, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
