As for section 3, we could see the on going construction of the on ramp near Shell – opposite of So En and then the part after E Rodriguez has busy developments, as relocation of high tension poles were being done.. we could see NGCP trucks around the vicinity. The steel box girders along Quezon Avenue intersection is now complete. Works after Delmonte Avenue for Section 4 is also gaining momentum. The pile boring machine is seen in this area preparation for the construction / erecting of new piers. There is now a pier cap near the private property just near A Bonifacio avenue.
